Georgian Ambassador to Latvia Mr. Irakli Kurashvili met with the Minister of Culture Agnese Logina

On 28 of March Georgian Ambassador to Latvia Mr. Irakli Kurashvili met with the Minister of Culture Agnese  to discuss opportunities to promote bilateral cultural cooperation.  Latvia and Georgia are connected by close cultural and historical ties, especially highlighting cooperation in the field of applied art, theater and music. Both sides stressed the importance of care for cultural heritage, including the importance of culinary heritage in preserving European cultural diversity. 📖 The ambassador confirmed his interest in the Latvian cultural education experience. The Minister of Culture invited Georgia to participate in the upcoming Latvian Minority Festival, which will take place from this. g. 29. - 30.
